To make this work, WealthFlow processes information that users choose to provide or access through the platform.
Your Data
Information you add to WealthFlow—contacts, notes, outreach content, workflows, and related business information—belongs to you or your organization. You decide what to bring into the product and how it is used in your day-to-day work.
WealthFlow processes this information to deliver the platform, AI-assisted workflows, automation features, and other services you request. We handle it in line with this policy and the permissions you grant.

Connected Email and Calendar Services
WealthFlow allows users to connect supported email and calendar providers, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, to streamline communications and scheduling.
When you choose to connect one of these services, WealthFlow requests only the permissions necessary to provide the features you choose to enable. Depending on the permissions you grant, WealthFlow may access and process information necessary to provide those features, including:
- Calendar events to create, update, or manage meetings on your behalf
- The ability to send email from your connected account on your behalf after you review or authorize the communication
- Contact information needed to support email and calendar workflows
- Recipient and scheduling information necessary to support the email and calendar features you choose to enable
Information obtained from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other supported connected services is used only to provide and improve the WealthFlow features that you choose to enable. This may include coordinating meetings, sending user-authorized emails, organizing communications, summarizing conversations, recommending follow-up activities, helping users manage client relationships, and supporting other AI-assisted workflow features within WealthFlow.
Information obtained from connected services is not used to train publicly available artificial intelligence models or repurposed for unrelated commercial purposes.
We do not sell information obtained from connected services.
Information from connected services is shared only when necessary to operate the WealthFlow platform, provide the functionality you request, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of the service.
You may disconnect connected services at any time through WealthFlow or by revoking WealthFlow's access from your provider account.
Platform Usage Data
Like most modern SaaS products, we collect limited operational information such as:
- Browser type and general device characteristics (for example, mobile or desktop)

- Performance diagnostics
- Usage analytics

Connected Platforms
Some WealthFlow features may allow users to access third-party platforms, such as LinkedIn, through a browser workspace dedicated to the user.
These experiences are meant to bring your everyday tools alongside AI-assisted workflows in one place—without changing the fact that each platform sets its own rules.
Use of third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies.
Connected Service Compliance
WealthFlow is committed to protecting information obtained from connected services and uses that information only to provide the user-facing functionality requested by the user.
For Google Gmail and Calendar, WealthFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For Microsoft 365 / Outlook, WealthFlow uses connected service data solely to provide the functionality requested by the user and in accordance with the applicable provider terms.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the services you request, support your workflows, operate the WealthFlow platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain the security and reliability of our services.
When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we delete it or securely dispose of it in accordance with our data retention practices, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at privacy@wealthflow.ai. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws and our operational and legal obligations.
