Welcome to WealthFlow
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WealthFlow platform, website, applications, AI services, browser workspace features, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using WealthFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About WealthFlow
WealthFlow is an AI-powered prospecting and engagement platform designed for financial professionals and related business users.
The platform includes capabilities such as:
- AI-assisted prospect research
- Professional profile analysis
- Opportunity prioritization
- Outreach workflow management
- Personalized communication assistance
- Email and calendar connectivity
- Browser workspace environments for connected platforms
- Analytics and engagement insights
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using WealthFlow, you represent that:
- You have the authority to enter into these Terms
- Information you provide is accurate and current
- Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations
- You will use the Services only for lawful business purposes
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring connected accounts and integrations are authorized by you
You agree not to:
- Share accounts improperly
- Access accounts belonging to others without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or organization
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, operational, or legal risks.
4. Customer Data and Content
Information you add to WealthFlow — including contacts, notes, outreach content, workflows, messages, AI configurations, and related business information — remains under your control or the control of your organization.
By using the Services, you grant WealthFlow permission to process and store this information solely for purposes including:
- Providing platform functionality
- AI-assisted workflows
- Automation features
- Analytics and insights
- Security and operational reliability
- Product improvement
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer, prospect, and communication data complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and platform rules.
5. AI Features and Recommendations
WealthFlow uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to assist users with:
- Learning about professional and prospect profiles
- Identifying prospect and wealth service alignment
- Personalized outreach recommendations
- Workflow suggestions
- Engagement insights
- Draft communication generation
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, approving, and sending communications and for any business decisions made using the platform.
WealthFlow does not provide legal, compliance, investment, tax, or fiduciary advice.
6. Connected Platforms and Browser Workspaces
Some WealthFlow features may allow users to access third-party platforms through browser workspaces dedicated to the user.
These features are intended to support user productivity and workflow continuity across connected services.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to the terms, policies, and requirements of those third parties.
WealthFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by third-party platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Google and Connected Service Data
When users connect Google or other supported services to WealthFlow, access is limited to permissions explicitly granted by the user.
Data accessed through connected services is used solely to provide requested platform functionality such as:
- Email workflows
- Calendar coordination
- Communication assistance
- Productivity and engagement features
WealthFlow does not use Google Workspace data for advertising purposes.
8. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Renewals
Certain features of WealthFlow may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay all applicable subscription fees and taxes
- Authorize recurring billing where applicable
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
We may update pricing from time to time with reasonable notice.
9. Trials and Beta Features
WealthFlow may offer free trials, pilot programs, beta features, preview releases, or experimental AI capabilities.
These features may:
- Change without notice
- Have limited functionality
- Contain bugs or inaccuracies

Beta and experimental features are provided “as is.”
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WealthFlow to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent communications
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Interfere with platform performance or security
- Circumvent platform limitations or protections
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Use the Services in ways that create excessive operational burden or abuse
You remain responsible for ensuring your outreach, communications, and prospecting activities comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
11. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability, but WealthFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Infrastructure issues
- Third-party outages
- Security events
- Internet or cloud provider disruptions
Features and functionality may evolve over time.
12. Intellectual Property
WealthFlow and its associated software, branding, interfaces, workflows, AI systems, designs, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to users.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute the platform
- Reproduce source code or workflows
- Use WealthFlow branding without permission
- Build competing services using proprietary platform materials

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthFlow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs
We do not guarantee:
- Specific business outcomes
- Lead conversion rates
- Prospect engagement levels
- Revenue generation
- Compatibility with third-party platforms or services
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- AI-generated inaccuracies or recommendations
- Third-party platform actions or restrictions
In no event shall WealthFlow’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user to WealthFlow during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Use creates security or legal risks
- Payment obligations are not met
- Abuse or misuse is detected
Certain sections of these Terms survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and data-related provisions.
